Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,736 per week

Travel Registered Nurse, ICU (Critical Care) Location: MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center, Des Moines, Iowa Start Date: ASAP Assignment Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12‑hour night shifts (36 hours per week, 3 shifts per week) Employment Type: Travel Nursing Responsibilities Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations and regions as needed. Demonstrate standard professional practice elements including assessment, outcomes identification/solutions, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Act independently within the scope of your license and experience. Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions, and patient outcomes. Collaborate with key stakeholders to contribute to quality improvement and outcomes. Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities. Embrace new ideas, cultural differences, and manage competing priorities. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited nursing school. Valid RN licensure authorized in the state(s) of practice. Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience in Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, or Behavioral Health. Required to hold and maintain specialty credentials such as ACLS, TNCC, BLS, ACLS, and PALS through the American Heart Association. Benefits and Pay Hourly pay: $37.67 – $41.00 per hour plus potential tax‑free allowance. Gross weekly rate: $2,736.00 (based on 12‑hour, 3‑shift weekly schedule). Premium pay and flexible scheduling.
