What You'll Do

As a member of our design team, you'll collaborate closely with sales consultants, customers, vendors, and internal teams to bring workplace projects to life from concept through installation.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop creative and functional workplace layouts based on customer goals and needs
• Create 2D and 3D design concepts for customer presentations and proposals
• Produce installation drawings and final furniture layouts
• Assist with furniture specifications, finish selections, and product coordination
• Participate in customer meetings and occasional site visits
• Prepare presentations alongside the sales team
• Support quoting, order documentation, and project coordination activities
• Communicate project updates, design revisions, and timelines effectively
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution
• Work with leading office furniture manufacturers and vendor partners
• Support projects from initial concept through final installation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field preferred
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• 0-3 years of experience in interior design, architecture, workplace design, or related fields preferred
• Experience with CET Designer, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Commercial furniture or workplace design experience is a plus, but not required
