Job Summary:

Seeking a Traveling Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical care to provide high-quality patient support in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role involves working overnight shifts, ensuring patient safety, and delivering comprehensive nursing services.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer prescribed medications and treatments following physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in clinical condition.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care activities accurately and promptly in electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM overnight shifts.
  
  
• 
  Proven track record of maintaining patient safety and quality standards.
