- Strong experience in Production Support handling 5060% of the time in incident triaging troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Strong Java full-stack fundamentals with the ability to understand application code analyze logic and identify solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SRE tools Prometheus observability monitoring SLIs/SLOs and reliability engineering .
- Knowledge of AWS Python monolithic and microservices architectures performance engineering and application Eligible to workimization.
- Experience in RCA incident management automation CI/CD and DevOps ; familiarity with AI-driven toil reduction AI copilots and Claude is preferred.
