An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.Required Skill and Experience- Experience in multiple projects implementation with Oracle Cloud Payroll.- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical.- Working knowledge on fast formulas, visual builder studio, HCM data loader, OTBI.Preferred Skill and Experience- Work experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud (Core HR), Payroll, Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management) in driving discovery, business process re-engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration and driving production deployments.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
