Industrial Maintenance Technician

Industrial Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.COMPETITIVE PAY BASED ON EXERIENCE AND SKILLSKey Responsibilities:Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, mechanical systems, and facility utilitiesDiagnose issues with motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systemsConduct electrical troubleshooting (basic to intermediate), including sensors, switches, and control wiringRead and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and manualsPerform equipment adjustments, changeovers, and improvements to support production goalsMaintain accurate maintenance logs and documentationEnsure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policiesCollaborate with production team to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliabilityQualifications:2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience requiredStrong mechanical troubleshooting skills; knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical assembliesAbility to perform basic electrical troubleshootingWelding and fabrication experience a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Experience (not required):Experience in plastics, blow molding, injection molding, or similar manufacturing industriesKnowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems1st: Monday-Friday (some Saturday's): 7:00am-3:00pm 3rd: Monday-Friday (some Saturday's): 11:00pm-7:00am
