Computed Tomography (CT) TechnologistCompetitive Pay / Full-Time / Signing Incentives up-to $15,000Qualifications:Associate degree in radiologic technology from an accredited/approved schoolRegistered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).Knowledge of x-ray equipment and related technologyCurrent BLS certificationDescription:Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of patient's internal organs and tissues.Appropriately positioning patients to scan specific areas of their bodies.Administering radiocontrast agents to patients to enhance the visibility of internal organs and tissues.Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.Explain scanning procedures to patients and provide reassurance and support as required.
