Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with experience in sanitary tube welding to join our team. This position is responsible for performing high-quality TIG welds on stainless steel sanitary tubing used in industries such as food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to produce clean, precise welds that meet strict sanitary and quality standards.

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with experience in sanitary tube welding to join our team. This position is responsible for performing high-quality TIG welds on stainless steel sanitary tubing used in industries such as food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to produce clean, precise welds that meet strict sanitary and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel sanitary tubing and components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld procedures
- Ensure all welds meet sanitary and industry quality standards
- Maintain proper purge procedures to ensure contamination-free welds
- Assemble and fit sanitary piping systems and components
- Perform orbital welding when required (preferred but not required)
- Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with fabrication and production teams
- 2+ years of TIG welding experience
- Experience welding stainless steel sanitary tubing (thin-wall tubing preferred)
- Familiarity with sanitary welding standards for food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with orbital welding equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or fabrication shop environment
- Use of hand and power tools
