Customer Service Rep

Provides service with a smile to customers in person and over the phone. Prepares product. Receives and processes telephone orders. Stocks ingredients. Store cleaning and sanitation. Use basic math skills. Have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills. Ability to enter orders using a keyboard and touch screen. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders.
