Our maintenance associates will not only have the opportunity to provide extraordinary services but will also have time to develop meaningful relationships with our residents.

Job Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in the general maintenance field
- Experience with sheet rock repairs, painting, carpentry, HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and on call rotation
- Able to work interdependently and as part of a team
- Excellent work ethic, self motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to complete work orders using a mobile App
- Highly organized
- Interested in learning and growing your skill set
- Must have reliable transportation.
