Repair Technician I

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 an hour (DOE) Mon- Fri 7AM- 3PM

We are seeking an entry-level Repair Technician I to join our technical team. In this position, you will be responsible for completing repairs on wireless headsets and specialized audio/surveillance equipment using established technical procedures and circuit diagrams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform component-level repair and testing on electronic assemblies.
• Execute Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and through-hole soldering and rework techniques.
• Maintain accuracy and organization with general inventory control.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and meet daily repair goals.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent soldering skills (SMT and through-hole).
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in electronics troubleshooting down to the component level (or equivalent training).
• Associate's degree in Electronics or comparable military technical training.
• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00
