- Meet with clients virtually or in person
- Help families choose life insurance solutions
- Follow a proven sales system
- Manage leads and follow up
- Participate in training and coaching
Qualifications
- Competitive, coachable, and motivated individual
- Licensed agents, sales professionals, or individuals willing to get licensed
- No prior insurance experience required; we provide training, mentorship, scripts, and support
Compensation
100% Commission‑Based (1099)
- Uncapped earning potential
- Full‑time agents: $80K–$150K+ yearly
- Top producers earn significantly more
