Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Coordinator role based in Belle Chasse, LA. The Supply Chain Coordinator will oversee daily trucking logistics tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, communicating with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers, and monitoring delivery schedules to meet project deadlines. The role involves supporting operations management through order processing, tracking, and documentation, as well as resolving delivery issues promptly. The coordinator will also collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to align stock availability with customer demand and maintain efficient supply chain workflows. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, track orders, and identify trends or discrepancies in supply chain processes. Candidates should possess Operations Management abilities, including coordinating logistics, supporting order fulfillment, and maintaining process efficiency. Candidates should possess strong Organization skills. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, problem-solving, and a focus on reliable delivery and client satisfaction.
