About the Role The Beauty Advisor drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by building client relationships, performing product applications, and offering customized recommendations in a fast‑paced commission environment. This is an hourly position that requires a genuine enthusiasm for the beauty and fragrance industry. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative to achieve store objectives and key metrics. Create memorable store experiences by building genuine relationships with team members, vendors, customers, and the community. Build customer loyalty through excellent service, personalized consultations, clienteling tools, and tailored product recommendations. Execute promotions, special events, and customer outreach to maximize performance and drive sales. Use selling tools and digital devices to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel experience. Leverage training tools, brand resources, and feedback to continuously improve product knowledge, suggestive selling, artistry skills, and stay current with industry trends. Encourage repeat client interactions as a trusted resource. Merchandise and replenish products in a timely manner. Maintain visual merchandising, signage, and hygiene standards in accordance with vendor and company directives. Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating achievements. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in response to changing circumstances. Support selling and store operations by assisting with additional tasks as assigned. Support fulfillment and asset protection processes, adhering to product protection standards and safety guidelines. Skills & Abilities Dedication to customer service and a drive to achieve store objectives. Strong self‑direction and ability to work independently in a deadline‑driven environment. Excellent communication skills. Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, tablet computers, and Windows‑based operating systems. Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to move around the store, lift, carry, and move up to 40lb. Enjoy assisting customers with makeup and skincare applications. Qualifications Minimum age of 16 years. Must maintain all required professional licenses and certifications, including any state‑specific demonstrator or cosmetology licenses.
