Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

She Recruits is seeking an experienced and quick-thinking Emergency Room RN for a full-time role in a well-equipped, high-acuity emergency department in Ocala, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat patients across all age groups and acuity levels
• Identify individualized outcomes and develop care plans that adapt to patient needs
• Manage multiple complex cases simultaneously with strong clinical judgment
• Provide follow-up instructions and referrals, ensuring continuity of care
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain a focus on patient safety, quality outcomes, and service excellence
• Respond confidently and calmly in high-pressure or emergent situations

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida or compact state (must convert within 60 days if relocating)
• Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree required (BSN preferred)
• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience required (ER, ICU, or PCU preferred)
• Certifications required (or must be obtained within the following timeframes):
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 6 months
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) within 6 months
• Paramedic experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary Range: $65,000 $100,000+ (based on experience)
• Night Shift Differential: +$4.25/hour
• Sign-On Bonus:
• $10,000 for Day Shift
• $20,000 for Night Shift
• Relocation Assistance: Considered on a case-by-case basis
