Operational Accounting Associate

Performing operational accounting activities, the full-time Operational Accounting Associate will process recovery payments, conduct account maintenance, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Execute recovery payment processing, validations, and exception research Maintain customer accounts and manage general ledger transactions Collaborate with peers and managers to address issues and meet departmental goals Required qualifications 1+ year of operational accounting support experience or equivalent Basic understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits Experience in high-volume data entry and transactional accuracy Familiarity with financial services operations such as banking or claims processing Ability to follow detailed procedures in a controlled environment
