Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. Our facility focuses on the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injury or illness, providing specialized care throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients recovering from various conditions, including stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic injury.
• Develop and implement customized rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient health, function, and quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Relevant licensing and certification in rehabilitation practices.
• Experience in acute rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
