Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our client's team. The primary responsibilities include covering both front and back office duties, managing patient load efficiently, and ensuring high-quality care. This role is vital for maintaining smooth operations within the healthcare practice.


Key Responsibilities

• Comfortably cover both front and back office duties.
• Manage daily patient intake of 25+ patients.
• Perform back office duties including taking vitals, patient intake, and chart preparation.
• Administer vaccines, injections, and conduct spirometry and EKG tests.
• Perform point of care testing such as Flu, Strep, COVID, A1C, etc.
• Execute phlebotomy tasks, ensuring understanding of required tubes for specific diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience.
• Experience in primary care is preferable.
• Phlebotomy skills are highly desirable.

Skills

• Proficiency in phlebotomy and primary care tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and ability to work under pressure.

Additional Requirements

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
