This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strategic operational management to drive performance against established KPIs and service delivery standards.What your day-to-day will look like:Engineering & Operations ManagementLead global engineering operations across Americas, EMEA, LAD, and JAPAC regions, managing technical service delivery for Oracle's portfolioOversee Building and Technical Services teams responsible for mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and critical infrastructure systemsEnsure compliance with all statutory, building code, fire, and safety requirements while maintaining comprehensive safety and technical training programsSupport the management of 24/7 on-site coverage requirements and emergency response procedures across all regionsKPI Performance & Service QualityDrive achievement of Core KPI targetsMonitor and report monthly and quarterly performance metrics through Oracle's governance frameworkImplement root cause analysis and remedial action plans when KPIs are not metTechnical Excellence & InnovationMaintain expertise in building infrastructure systems including chillers, boilers, HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS systems, generators, and critical process equipmentEnsure proper commissioning, testing, and documentation of all MEP systemsPropose technology upgrades and modernization projects with ROI analysis and business case justificationImplement Water Safety Management Plans and environmental compliance programsTeam Development & TrainingDevelop, implement, and maintain employee training programs to improve skill levels and accommodate new technical requirementsEnsure staff stays current with Oracle systems, policies, and all governing laws and regulationsCollaborate with Oracle's Global Process Owners on training initiativesMaintain documented training completion records and certificationsGovernance & ReportingProvide meaningful monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date operational reports highlighting performance against KPIsDeliver self-performance assessments and summaries of value-add contributionsParticipate in monthly and quarterly business review meetings presenting performance metrics across all facilitiesMaintain all records and reports in Oracle's CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)Minimum 10+ years senior-level IFM hard service delivery managementProven track record managing large-scale, multi-site regional technical operationsExperience with preventive maintenance programs, asset management, and life cycle planningExperience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providersTrack record of achieving and exceeding service level agreements and KPI targetsDeep knowledge of MEP systems, building automation, critical infrastructure, and life safety systemsStrong understanding of CMMS platforms and facilities management technology systemsKnowledge of OSHA, environmental regulations, and building codes across multiple jurisdictionsDemonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams across diverse geographiesStrong project management skills with ability to oversee multiple concurrent initiativesExcellent communication skills with ability to present technical information to executive stakeholdersAbility to analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement corrective actionsStrong financial acumen with experience managing operational budgets and capital programsPreferred Qualifications:Advanced degree (Master's or higher in Engineering or related field)Global experience (working across multiple international regions)Professional engineering license (PE)Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)Please submit your application with an updated resume, location, and contact information.
