Job Description
- A broad understanding of the whole Order-to-Cash process within the client's landscape and across all three business sectors.
- An end-to-end understanding of delivering a project by following the client's project delivery methodology , starting from requirements gathering to fit-gap definition, solutioning, testing, deployment, post-deployment, and transitioning to run support.
- Deep knowledge of all the upstream ordering systems, including handheld applications, EDI processing, and error handling.
- Knowledge of order intake, order processing, order monitoring, and custom incompletion logic.
- A broad understanding of all the warehousing systems used across the client's business sectors.
- A broad understanding of all the systems that integrate upstream and downstream with SAP S/4HANA.
- A broad understanding of all the tools used in the client's service delivery, such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (ADO), etc.
- Deep knowledge of key sub-domains within Order-to-Cash finance, including pricing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and trade promotion management.
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a similar enterprise environment with the above skill set and be able to contribute with minimal ramp-up time.
- Candidates without experience in comparable large-scale enterprise environments may require a longer onboarding period.
