What You'll Do

• Lead all front- and back-of-house operations with a hands-on leadership style.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through impeccable service and attention to detail.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing management and hourly team.
• Drive sales, profitability, labor, food & beverage costs, and overall P&L performance.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Ensure compliance with all company, safety, and sanitation standards.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of General Manager experience in upscale, steakhouse, or fine dining restaurants.
• Strong P&L management and operational leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop teams and create a culture of accountability.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Professional, hands-on leader with exceptional communication skills.
