This role requires discretion, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your Mission As our HR Generalist, you'll: Ensure compliance across multiple states-labor laws, regulations, and company policies must be airtight. Recruit like a detective-spot talent others might miss. Handle sensitive information with care-confidentiality is key. Solve employee relations puzzles and maintain harmony. Support company policies and HR best practices. Keep records accurate and secure. What We're Looking For Strong knowledge of national HR compliance is a must - multi-state labor laws and regulations (3+ years of HR experience, including multi-state compliance). Proven experience in HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations). Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-trust environment. HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred. Bonus points if you love solving problems and thinking like an investigator.
