Job Description
The Detailer will be responsible for delivering high-quality automotive detailing services primarily for passenger cars within a small team environment. This role involves performing meticulous cleaning, polishing, buffing, and interior detailing using standard detailing products and tools in an outdoor or garage workspace.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of vehicle exteriors and interiors
- Polish and buff vehicles to restore and enhance appearance
- Conduct interior detailing including vacuuming, shampooing, and surface cleaning
- Use standard detailing tools and products effectively and safely
- Manage time efficiently to complete detailing tasks within scheduled appointments
- Work collaboratively within a small team of 2-5 detailers
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Experience in automotive detailing
- Skilled in buffing and polishing techniques
- Proficient with the use of detailing tools
- Strong time management skills
- Customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in automotive detailing
- High school diploma or equivalent
