Amazon seeks a Corporate Counsel to support its Enterprise Engineering teams powering global retail operations. In this role, you will advise on technology, commercial, IP, privacy, and regulatory matters, drafting and negotiating complex agreements that enable innovative engineering solutions at scale. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and business leaders to assess and mitigate risk while accelerating customer-obsessed innovation, develop legal policies and templates, manage outside counsel, and help shape compliant, high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
