At Ebenezer, we use our E.P.I.C. Curriculum to create purposeful learning experiences that encourage children to: Explore Create Think Discover Grow As a Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to bring your own creativity and personality into the classroom while providing children with meaningful experiences that build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. Be the spark! Create engaging, hands-on experiences that make children excited to learn. Build connections! Develop meaningful relationships with children and families built on trust and communication. Lead your team! Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers to create a positive, supportive classroom team. Follow the curiosity! Observe children, celebrate their growth, and use what you discover to create individualized learning experiences. Make your classroom AMAZING! Create an organized, welcoming environment filled with materials and experiences that invite children to explore. Be a role model! Bring positivity, professionalism, creativity, and a team-first attitude every day.

You’ll also need a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or an Associate’s Degree with significant experience), previous classroom leadership experience, and the ability to meet required licensing and background requirements.
