Gastroenterology Opportunity

Seeking a full time board certified/board eligible gastroenterologist for an employed opportunity. Schedule / Hours: Standard clinical hours. Call: Shared call with community GIs. Patient Volume: Growing patient base in stable economic market. Spanish speaking preferred. EUS or ERCP a plus. Provide comprehensive gastroenterology care to a diverse border community patient population. Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff across medical specialties. Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities with coordinated, high-quality care approach. Document care using Cerner EMR system. Salary: Competitive compensation with a base plus wRVUs. Community/Facility info: Hospital is a dual campus facility that totals 297 beds. The main campus is a beautiful, modern, 180-bed campus. Our hospital features comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services as well as an expanded, dedicated Women's Center. The first floor of the main campus accommodates radiology, a large emergency department, operating rooms and intensive care and cardiac care units. The Women's Center, also located on the first floor with its own, separate entrance, includes a nursery and neonatal intensive care unit. The upper three floors of the main facility comprise the patient tower dedicated to medical/surgical and pediatric care. All medical services are provided in English and Spanish as a courtesy to the local community.
