Staff Software Engineer

Salary: $121,000 - 161,000 per year Requirements:

• We need extensive professional experience, ideally 10+ years.
• We are looking for someone who can work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• We need a proven track record delivering SaaS, e-commerce, or consumer-facing web applications and APIs.
• We require deep experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and modern architecture patterns, with Azure preferred.
• We need strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including C#, Azure, and SQL Server.
• Preferred experience includes Angular, Bootstrap, Vue.js, and other front-end frameworks.
• Preferred experience also includes queues, caches, CDNs, and other scalable web application technologies.
• Preferred experience with SQL Azure, Azure Service Bus Queues, and Redis Cache.

• We collaborate with internal teams to design, build, and support existing functionality while creating new applications and features.
• We write high-quality code aligned with best practices and standards for coding, compliance, security, and performance.
• We contribute across software architecture, design, implementation, quality, and engineering culture.
• We use the latest advances in AI-assisted software development to improve delivery speed and business impact.
• We mentor software engineers and help develop technical capability within the team.
• We troubleshoot issues and identify effective bug fixes.
• We participate across the full development lifecycle, from identifying requirements and enhancements through coding, testing, release, and documentation.
• We partner with non-technical teams to anticipate broader business needs and support cross-functional goals.
• We help shape and guide a positive engineering culture.
