• Provide post-operative care for orthopedic surgery patients.

How youll contribute

• Assess and monitor patient condition pain levels and surgical recovery.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor wounds dressings drains and neurovascular status.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning.

• Educate patients and families on recovery medications and mobility precautions.

• Support rehabilitation goals and promote safe patient mobility.

• Document care accurately and maintain a safe patient-centered environment.

What were looking for
Applicants should have a current Washington RN license or Compact RN License with Washington endorsement (if relocating licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins) and possess an Associates degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred

• Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS PALS and Handle with Care preferred

• Experience: 1 year of Acute Care nursing required
