Territory Practice Success Manager (Las Vegas Metropolitan Area)

General Summary of Position:

The Territory Practice Success Manager (TPSM) in the designated Salesforce territory will report to the Vice President in that given territory. The primary focus of this role is to establish and execute comprehensive marketing plans and provide support for events. The PSM/CSM will guide EMsella, EMsculpt Neo and EMFACE customers on effective marketing strategies to attract new clientele and retain existing customers during various events.

Key responsibilities:

• Initiate the 'Official Sign-up' process on BTLSupport.com for new customers.
• Deliver defined customer engagement and marketing content through an established nurture track via proactive outbound phone calls, email communication, and scheduled check-ins.
• Manage the post-sale marketing relationship and provide consultation to customers to enhance the experience with BTL and foster future sales.
• Advise customers on implementing marketing activities to enhance their business, including Open House events and bus tour events.
• Work with and direct outside companies that provide added marketing partnership value to the Sales team and customer.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on metrics in weekly KPI/Goal sheets and Salesforce Tasks tabs.
• Work open house events for customers and attain video testimonials upon delivery, initiating conversations about upcoming BTL events.
• Promote other BTL devices in clinics.
• Generate leads for new equipment purchases from existing BTL customers.
• Generate leads that close and result in revenue.
• Generate leads attending each workshop in your territory.
• Develop 30/60/90 marketing launch plans and provide event support.
• Obtain physician and patient testimonial videos.
• Proficiently navigate and utilize standard computer software including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based applications to efficiently perform daily job functions, including document creation, information management, and communication and collaboration with team members and customers.
• In-person training with accounts on various aspects, including front office staff training, before & after photography training, social media training, and phone and consultation training.
• Communicate promptly with accounts through in-person marketing meetings, phone calls, and emails.
• Review utilization reports with accounts to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
• Connect accounts with external companies to fill marketing gaps for enhanced success.
• Advise and enroll accounts in local aesthetic programs.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum of 2 years of aesthetic marketing and sales background.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong work ethic, self-disciplined, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel adequately to cover the region, including overnight stays, attend trade shows, corporate meetings, and training events.
• Ability to frequently lift, move, and/or carry up to a maximum of 40 pounds.
• Proficiently navigate and utilize standard computer software including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based applications to efficiently perform daily job functions, including document creation, information management, and communication and collaboration with team members and customers
• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload.
