Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate with 2-7+ years of energy-related experience for their engineering, procurement, and construction transactions practice in Sacramento, CA. The role involves drafting and negotiating contracts for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects both domestically and internationally. Duties Draft and negotiate EPC, O&M, procurement, and other construction-related contracts. Engage in transactions for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. Requirements 2 to 7+ years of experience in construction law. Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials and communication skills. Membership in the state bar of the office location is required. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Membership in the State Bar. Skills Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
