LPN

LPN is under the direction of a health care provider, Team Care Clinical Nurse LPN, is responsible for the delivery of patient care that promotes the safety and well-being of our patients.

Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA); Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR); Education: Certificate of Completion: Licensed Practical Nurse; College Diploma: Licensed Practical Nurse

Work Experience: Responsibilities include assisting provider and other clinical staff with obtaining basic vital information, preparing patients for examination, treatment and minor surgical procedures, demonstrating competence in clinical skills, drawing and collecting blood and other samples, administering vaccines and ordered medications, placing urinary catheters, scheduling referrals, completing forms or requisitions, tracking follow-up appointments, providing education to patients and families, maintaining accurate documentation in electronic health records, setting up equipment, preparing medical treatment rooms, responding to patients needs, and performing assigned duties.

Compensation and Benefits: The compensation range for this position is $33.11 per hour - $53.88 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
