MidSouth Pain Treatment Center, a PartnerCare affiliated company, is seeking a full-time Clinic Operations Manager to join our growing and established practice in Southaven, MS.Our practice focuses on taking care of the patient with a comprehensive plan, delivering high customer service, keeping patients safe and well-informed and reducing patients' pain as much as possible.Our mission is to deliver comprehensive care to help musculoskeletal and pain management patients live their best lives possible. Our team of physicians, nurses, anesthesiologists, and staff are dedicated to ensuring that patients can improve their quality of life with pain relief that involves the use of cutting-edge technology.The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operational, administrative, and clinical support oversight of the Southaven, MS clinic. This role ensures efficient, compliant, and patient-centered clinic operations while supporting physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams.The Clinic Operations Manager organizes and coordinates clinic administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. This position plays a key leadership role in developing communication protocols, streamlining workflows, managing inventory, supervising staff, and promoting accountability across both clinic locations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Operational & Administrative LeadershipManage day-to-day clinic operations and responsibilities, ensuring efficient administrative and clinical workflowsDevelop, implement, and maintain standardized operational procedures and communication protocolsEnsure medical records are completed accurately and timely, correspondence is managed appropriately, and insurance verification processes are followedCoordinate scheduling, appointments, and patient flow to support positive patient experiencesServe as the primary point of contact for facility maintenance, alarms, mailing, shipping, equipment, supplies, and vendor coordinationPartnerCare offers competitive compensation, superior benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life/disability insurance), and so much more!PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:Education & LicensureEducation level required to obtain and maintain applicable licensure in the state(s) where locatedUnrestricted state license in good standing (as applicable to role requirements)Current BLS certification requiredExperienceMinimum five (5) years of clinical office management experience, preferably in pain management or a multi-site healthcare environmentProven experience in office management, administration, and staff supervisionStrong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and patient flowAbout the Practice:MidSouth Pain Treatment Center (MPTC) was founded in 2000, with the goal of addressing the lack of treatment options for pain-related medical issues in rural areas.
