About the role: As a Senior Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will make an impact by leading enterprise-scale transformation programs, using proven change methodologies to ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes. You will be a valued member of our Consulting organization and partner closely with cross-functional teams, program leaders, and client executives. In this role, you will: Drive stakeholder engagement, communication planning, workforce transition, training strategies, and organizational readiness. Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to support effective adoption of new systems and processes. Partner with client executives and project teams to integrate change management activities into program delivery. Identify and mitigate change risks and adoption challenges. Apply structured OCM methodologies and digital adoption tools. Coach and guide project teams through the change lifecycle. Contribute to practice development through thought leadership and consulting solution development. Demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead through Personal, Organizational, and Business Leadership. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week in a client office in Dallas, TX . What you need to have to be considered: 10–15+ years of experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale, enterprise transformation programs. Proven experience operating at a program leadership level, overseeing multiple workstreams and driving strategic outcomes. Strong expertise in executive stakeholder management, communications strategy, and enterprise-wide training initiatives. Extensive experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption strategies at scale. Strong client-facing consulting experience, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across complex organizations. These will help you stand out: Experience supporting M&A integration or future-state operating model design. Experience working in matrixed environments on global programs. Experience creating OCM frameworks or assets. Strong facilitation and executive communication. Total Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $98,853 - $158,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
