Oracle Health Engineering Deployment Site Practitioner

The Engineering Deployment Site Practitioner supports the full lifecycle of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation across multiple medical centers, performing and organizing discovery efforts at hospitals and clinics related to End User Devices, interfaced systems, Data Drops & Power Outlets, and post‑discovery analysis of technical scope and requirements. Key Responsibilities Build an understanding of the client’s list of standard capabilities, devices, and interfaces to perform meaningful discovery and gap analysis. Support device procurement tracking & logistics, and develop relationships with local site IT leaders and other technology/network/engineering groups, supporting the overall technical readiness of a transition to a new EHR. Oversee external vendor management and coordination, cutover planning and support, and project management of engineering activities. Requirements Experience with Oracle Health Electronic Health Record systems, particularly large‑scale implementations and deployments. Previous hospital and clinic assessment experience and familiarity with system interfaces and medical device interfaces with Oracle Health EHR. Experience with image integration, viewer workflows, and image cutover processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical, clinical, and operational project teams while managing multiple tasks independently and learning and executing without continuous direction. Previous federal consulting or experience working within the DoD, Veteran’s Health Administration, or Military Hospital System. Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide. Must be a United States Citizen. Compliance with applicable client requirements such as immunization and occupational health mandates. The estimated base salary range for this role will vary based on skills, certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
