The Facilities Maintenance role As a Facility Maintenance Technician at Pinewood Terrace, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our senior residents. Your responsibilities will include performing routine general maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the facility grounds and coordinating vendor projects.
