About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist with Award Care at Sarasota, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their full potential. Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

• Conducting physical therapy assessments, evaluations, and treatments for our residents
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve specific goals and outcomes
• Providing education and training to residents, family members, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activities
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Collaborating with other interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our care services
