Driver PositionRideZilla is seeking a dependable Driver to support our Albany dealership by safely transporting motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports units.This is more than a driving position. When not completing pickups and deliveries, the Driver will support the Service Department with moving units, loading and unloading inventory, maintaining dealership and storage areas, detailing units, and assisting with general shop operations.This position requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and previous experience safely towing a 16-foot or larger utility trailer.What You'll DoDelivery & TransportOperate company trucks to pick up and deliver motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports unitsSafely tow and maneuver utility trailers while transporting dealership and customer unitsLoad, secure, transport, and unload powersports units while preventing damageComplete customer pickups and deliveries in a safe, professional, and timely mannerPerform basic vehicle and trailer inspections before tripsFollow all company procedures and applicable traffic and transportation regulationsOperate a forklift when trained and authorized; certification training will be providedService & Shop SupportMove and stage motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other units throughout the dealershipAssist the Service Department with retrieving, staging, and organizing customer and dealership unitsAssist with basic detailing and preparation of units as neededUse basic mechanical knowledge to assist with appropriate shop tasksHelp receive and organize incoming inventoryAssist other departments with moving equipment and inventory when neededFacility & Lot SupportMaintain clean and organized Service Department, storage, and staging areasKeep parking lots, grounds, and dealership work areas clean and orderlyEmpty waste containers, sweep work areas, and properly dispose of unwanted materials and partsReturn tools and equipment to their proper locationsAssist with general dealership cleanup and facility needs as assignedRequirementsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordPrevious experience towing and maneuvering a 16-foot or larger utility trailerAbility to safely load, secure, transport, and unload motorcycles and powersports unitsBasic mechanical knowledge and hands-on abilityComfortable driving company trucks and towing trailers in a variety of conditionsStrong attention to safety when handling customer and dealership propertyDependable attendance and ability to work independentlyProfessional appearance and communication skillsPositive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist wherever neededHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to obtain forklift certification within 60 days of employment; training providedWillingness to obtain a motorcycle endorsement if requiredAbility to successfully complete required pre-employment background, drug, and motor vehicle record screeningsPhysical & Schedule RequirementsAbility to stand and remain physically active for extended periodsAbility to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 poundsAbility to bend, kneel, reach, and perform physical shop and loading tasksAbility to safely load and unload motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sidesAbility to work outdoors and in an active shop environmentSome customer deliveries may require work outside normal dealership hours or occasional overtimeBenefitsCompetitive hourly compensation401(k) retirement planMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee discountsOngoing training and career developmentOpportunities for advancement within RideZilla and Outdoor NetworkAbout RideZillaRideZilla is a powersports dealership serving customers across motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft, and related products and services.
