Job Title:Dual Risk Rating (DRR) Business Data AnalystLocation:CityScapeWhat you'll do:As a Dual Risk Rating (DRR) Business Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll gather data, develop reports and dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and assist in the creation of data-driven insights to help inform business decisions. One of your key responsibilities is to ensure that data analysis needs are met while operating within data governance requirements.As a member of the Dual Risk Rating (DRR) team at Western Alliance Bank, you'll share responsibility for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Bank's next-generation credit risk framework. In this role you'll partner across various areas of the Bank including Business Line teams to help drive the development, data analysis, and reporting, while also playing a key role in the successful adoption of DRR processes and tools throughout the organization.Lead the design, build, and maintenance of advanced dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key business performance metrics while upholding data and reporting standards, ensuring consistency and compliance across all projects worked on. Identify and develop automation techniques from available technology to produce efficient and effective processes.Perform deep-dive analysis on large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and provide data-based recommendations to help drive operational improvements and strategy.Understand business unit reporting and analytical needs and translate business questions into analytical tasks that help drive strategic decisions.
