Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Planner II for a direct-hire opportunity in San Fernando, CA. This manufacturing and supply chain role is ideal for a planning professional who enjoys building production schedules, coordinating inventory needs, and partnering with operations teams to keep workflow moving efficiently.

The Production Planner II will support daily, weekly, and monthly production planning based on customer orders, sales forecasts, material availability, inventory levels, and production capacity. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer demand, forecasts, inventory levels, and material availability.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, customer service, and warehouse teams to support on-time order fulfillment and efficient workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels, material constraints, schedule changes, and potential production delays.
- Review customer orders, production capacity, lead times, and work order priorities to support accurate scheduling.
- Communicate schedule updates, planning issues, and production priorities to cross-functional teams in a timely and professional manner.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to production planning, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Direct-hire opportunity.
