Compensation & Perks: Competitive pay & shift differentials (Option for unbenefited position for highest rate, inquire during interview for more details) Early wage access through TapCheck PTO & Holiday Pay 401(k) Retirement Plan Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance Employee Referral Program Year-round staff appreciation events Career development & training opportunities Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality respiratory care to residents, including ventilator and tracheostomy patients Accurately document and verify respiratory care procedures Perform clinical assessments and interpret respiratory therapy equipment and test results Troubleshoot equipment and resolve respiratory care issues Maintain effective communication with medical team and staff Educate nursing staff on respiratory protocols and best practices Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and HIPAA policies Qualifications: Licensed/Certified Respiratory Therapist Strong clinical skills in airway management, mechanical ventilation, CPR, blood gas collection, etc. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passionate about caring for patients in a collaborative setting Location: North Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center 1445 North 7th Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220 Northridge Health and Rehabilitation is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
