Finish Grade Dozer Operator

Overview Weihe Construction, Inc. is searching for a skilled heavy equipment operator with experience in fine-grading within a residential construction setting. Qualified candidates will have extensive experience operating Trimble or Topcon GPS systems and be able to work alone or in a group setting. Must be proficient in a D5. Experience & Skills Proficiency operating a D5 dozer Extensive experience with Trimble or Topcon GPS systems Responsibilities Perform fine-grading and site preparation tasks for residential projects Build pads and ponds, prepare roads and curb areas, and backfill for pipe crews Perform free-hand grading without GPS when required Additional Experience Experience with building pads Experience with ponds Roads & curb prep Backfilling for pipe crews Free-hand grading without GPS Compensation & Schedule Pay: Commensurate with experience Hours: 50-55 hours per week Benefits Medical HSA Dental Vision Short-term disability Life PTO 401(k) / Roth IRA 4% company match #J-18808-Ljbffr Weihe Construction Inc
