Operator I – Medical Device Assembler

Location: Temecula, CA – Onsite
Pay Rate: $19.25/hr
Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available

Job Overview

We are hiring an Operator I – Medical Device Assembler to support manufacturing and production operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of manufacturing experience . Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

You will use microscopes, hand tools, and production equipment to perform assembly and inspection tasks while following detailed work instructions and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and production operations
• Perform assembly, inspection, and production activities
• Use microscopes, hand tools, and production equipment
• Follow detailed work instructions, policies, and standard operating procedures
• Maintain strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Follow all safety and quality requirements
• Perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
• Participate in training and follow instructions provided by an instructor

Requirements

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
• Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus
• Comfortable using a microscope
• Able to speak, read, and write English
• Able to read, write, and understand work instructions
• Able to follow policies, procedures, and training instructions
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Must pass an eye exam and color vision test
• Must have close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Occasionally crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, or pull
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing less than 50 lbs.

Schedule

1st Shift

• Monday–Friday
• 5:00 AM–1:30 PM OR 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday–Friday
• 2:00 PM–10:30 PM OR 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

3rd Shift

• Sunday–Friday
• 9:00 PM–5:30 AM

Important Screening Information

This position is not a fit for candidates with only warehouse, forklift, material handling, or Amazon experience . We are looking for candidates with actual manufacturing/production experience and a stable work history.

During the initial screening call, candidates should be asked about any upcoming vacations or planned days off .

Pay Rate: $19.25/hr
