Customer Service Representative

Position Overview: Insolation Technology LTD is looking for a skilled and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Issue Resolution and Follow-Up: - Resolve customer complaints effectively by determining the root cause and offering appropriate resolutions. - Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. - Track and document customer interactions, ensuring records are complete and up to date. 3. Product Knowledge and Assistance: - Gain a deep understanding of Insolation Technology LTD services to provide accurate information to customers. - Guide customers through product features, usage, and maintenance, assisting with installation and troubleshooting as needed. 4. Collaboration and Reporting: - Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Report recurring issues, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities to the Customer Service Manager. 5. Process Improvement and Best Practices: - Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and suggest enhancements. - Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and new products to deliver consistent and informed service. Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher is a plus. - Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or remote support is preferred but not required; training will be provided. - Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills; familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical issues is a plus. - Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; excellent problem-solving abilities; and attention to detail. - Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision; a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
