Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist Marquis Homecare | Spring Valley, NY Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience) Help Make a Difference in Your Community At Marquis Homecare , we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist to help grow our presence throughout Rockland County and surrounding communities. If you're passionate about networking, building partnerships, and connecting families with quality home care services, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, senior centers, assisted living communities, social workers, case managers, and community organizations. Develop new referral sources while strengthening existing partnerships. Represent Marquis Homecare at community events, health fairs, networking meetings, and local organizations. Educate healthcare professionals and families about our home care services. Work closely with our intake and clinical teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients. Track marketing activities, referrals, and business development efforts. Identify new opportunities to expand our services throughout the region. Serve as a positive ambassador for the Marquis Homecare brand. We're Looking For Someone Who Loves meeting new people and building lasting professional relationships. Is self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Has excellent communication and presentation skills. Enjoys working in the community rather than sitting behind a desk. Is goal-oriented and motivated by helping others. Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Has reliable transportation for local travel. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, assisted living, or senior services preferred. Business development, outside sales, or community outreach experience is highly valued. Knowledge of the Rockland County healthcare market is a plus. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required with relevant experience. What We Offer Competitive salary of $50,000–$65,000 based on experience. Mileage reimbursement for business travel.
