Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active Georgia Physical Therapist license required to book
• CPR (Basic) required

• 11 week assignment
• 40 hours offered
• Shift Hours: 8 hours
