International Trade Counsel - Supply Chain & Compliance

The Home Depot seeks an attorney at manager level to join the International & Supply Chain group, providing regulatory and compliance counsel across import/export operations. The role supports the Associate General Counsel on regulatory, transactional, and supply chain matters. Preferred candidates have 7–12 years in international trade regulatory work, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and experience managing outside counsel and complex investigations.
