Be helpful and friendly to all internal and external guestsExecute all food production as determined on production sheetsPrepare the proper amounts of food as determined by managementMaintain food quality specifications as determined by standard recipesMaintain a waste free department by controlling productionsEnsure cleanliness of your immediate work area and the process of walk in coolerMaintain established par levels and ensure stations are stocked at all timesJOB PREREQUISITES:Above average oral communication skillsExcellent customer serviceProblem solving capabilityHigh capacity for learningThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee. Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1/2 hours per day. Have good dexterity in fingers, to be able to hold and manipulate product or machinery. Able to work in hot and cold temperature extremes. Be able to lift up to 50lbs and push or pull a flatbed cart weighing up to 300lbs. Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach. Must be able to taste, feel, smell, see and be able to read, write and speak basic EnglishWORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
