Are you ready to become part of "The Zone"?The Role:Deliver one-on-one assisted stretches to our clientsEncourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessionsBuild Stretch Zone membership and retain current clienteleEnsure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce Stretch Zone policies and safety rulesAttend staff meetings and required educational presentationsHandle member concerns when applicableAssist General Manager with studio tour and sales as neededClean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given timeQualifications:Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility and flexibilityPositive energy, enthusiasm, & great attitude brought dailyRequired background:Certified Athletic TrainerPhysical Therapist or AssistantCorrective Exercise SpecialistStrength and Conditioning CoachChiropractorPersonal Trainer (Certification obtained from nationally accredited organization)Fantastic communication skillsPassion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their goalsMust have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policiesMust be available to pass a week of training where you will learn and test out on our modalities.What's In It For You:Competitive compensation based on experienceFree or discounted membershipsOpportunity for bonus based on performanceHuge opportunities for growth within the studiosCompensation: $20+ an hourMost stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
