Registered Nurse - Primary Care (BH-398464) Location: Elko, United States Sector: Medical & Nursing Salary: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour Registered Nurse needed for a 4/10's contract opportunity with Yoh’s employer-based medical group client located in Elko, NV . Potential for temp-to-hire for the right fit! Provide occupational and primary care services for employees and their families of all ages (newborn and up). This medical group delivers primary care, mental health, labs, and occupational health with a strong focus on long-term wellness. Top Skills You Should Possess Active/unrestricted Registered Nurse license in state of Nevada Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse Prior experience in Occupational Health, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Primary Care, Family Medicine, Corrections, or School Nursing type setting Recent clinical experience and strong first-aid skills Professional, dedicated, friendly, and helpful employee Responsibilities Nursing assessment, triage, treatment, and education Ambulatory care such as treating sore throats, ear aches, rashes, pink eye, etc. Travel health consultation, health coaching, and health education Provide medical testing/biometric screenings such as EKGs, pulmonary function, blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, vision and hearing screening and perform limited interpretation of tests Immunizations/injections Utilize EPIC for charting Administer medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice Collaborate with providers for further medical evaluation and care, as needed Requirements Be able to commit to a rotating schedule of Mon-Thurs 8am to 7pm and Tues-Fri 8am to 7pm BLS certified (hands on courses - solely online not accepted) TB (PPD) test or QuantiFERON-Gold from within the last year Computer savvy (prior EPIC experience a huge plus!)
