Position Summary:

We are looking for highly skilled, detail-oriented contract cleaning professionals with at least 1 year of professional experience. You’ll work on an as-needed or scheduled basis, performing luxury-standard cleanings across a variety of property types.

Responsibilities:

• Execute high-end residential and commercial cleans (Airbnb, beach homes, dorms, offices, etc.)
• Follow brand standards and detailed checklists to ensure excellence
• Bring your own basic cleaning supplies (or use provided kits as needed)
• Communicate clearly with clients and supervisors
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude on every job site

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1 year of paid professional cleaning experience

✅ Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor

✅ Reliable transportation and valid ID

✅ Smartphone for scheduling, job updates, and checklist access

✅ Trustworthy, efficient, and committed to quality

✅ Strong time management and communication skills
